Returns Policy

At Nine Seventeen, we are committed to creating quality clothing that our customers will love. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a returns shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please do not return items without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and do our best to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you would like is to return your original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know when your refund has been approved. Refunds are usually processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
